Returns — 7 days
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
In the same condition you received it (unworn or unused)
With original tags attached
In its original packaging
Returned with the receipt or proof of purchase- You need an unboxing video to request a refund for damaged items.
- If the item is not damaged, you will bear the shipping and handling charges
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to start a return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:
A return shipping label, and
Instructions on how and where to send your package
Note: If your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales.favesfind@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products (special orders, monogrammed items)
Personal care goods (sealed beauty products once opened)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund (once accepted) and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you to let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
